Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Callee Me, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our platform.
Description of Service
Callee Me is an AI-powered tutoring platform that provides voice-based educational lessons for children ages 4-12. Our service includes personalized teaching, homework help, test preparation, and learning progress tracking.
User Accounts
To use Callee Me, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your account credentials
- Managing child profiles under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
Parental Consent
Our service is intended for use by children under parental supervision. By creating child profiles, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian and consent to your child's use of the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Misuse our service or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods
- Use the service in any way that could harm children or other users
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI systems
Pricing and Billing
Callee Me uses a pay-as-you-go minute pack model. By purchasing minutes, you agree to:
- Pay the applicable price for the minute pack you select (30, 60, or 120 minutes)
- Minute packs do not auto-renew - you only pay when you purchase more minutes
- Prices may change with reasonable notice; purchased minutes remain valid
Refunds, Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal
This section sets out your refund and cancellation rights. Where you are an EU or EEA consumer, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU applies in addition to anything written here, and nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.
Robot pre-orders before shipping
Your robot pre-order deposit and any balance paid are fully refundable at any time before we ship your robot. To cancel, email support@callee.me with your order number. We refund the full amount paid back to your original payment method, typically within 5 business days of receiving your request and in any case within 14 days. No restocking fee, no questions asked.
Robot returns after shipping (EU 14-day withdrawal)
If you are an EU or EEA consumer, you have 14 days from the day you (or a third party you nominate) take physical possession of the robot to withdraw from the contract for any reason. To exercise this right, email returns@callee.me with your order number; we will send return instructions. You must return the robot within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the robot is faulty or not as described. We refund the full purchase price (including original outbound shipping at the standard rate) within 14 days of receiving the returned robot, or earlier if you provide proof of dispatch. The robot must be returned in resalable condition; we may reduce the refund proportionally for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and functioning of the product.
Minimum production guarantee
If we do not reach the minimum production order required to manufacture the first batch, we will cancel the round and refund every deposit in full to the original payment method within 10 business days of the cancellation decision. You will not be charged the balance payment. We will email every affected buyer at the same time with the refund timeline. Deposits are never used to cover unrelated business costs.
Balance payment at ship-time
Approximately 30 days before your robot ships, we will email you an invoice for the remaining balance with a secure payment link. If you do not pay the balance within 14 days of the invoice, your order may be cancelled and your deposit refunded in full. You may also choose to cancel at this stage and receive a full refund of your deposit.
Minute packs and subscriptions
Unused minute packs may be refunded within 30 days of purchase by contacting support@callee.me. Once minutes have been consumed (used in voice conversations), the consumed portion is non-refundable. Any active subscription can be cancelled at any time from your account settings; you retain access until the end of the paid period.
Faulty or not-as-described products
If your robot arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, contact returns@callee.me within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund at your choice, in line with the EU consumer guarantee (minimum 2 years) and the laws of your country of residence.
Refund method and timing
All refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not issue refunds in cash or to a different card or account. Refund processing on our side is normally completed within 5 business days; depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
What is not refundable
Minutes that have already been consumed in voice conversations, third-party fees explicitly disclosed at checkout (such as cross-border duties or brokerage charged by carriers in certain destinations), and damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or use outside the documented operating conditions are not eligible for refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this section limits or excludes any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence, including (without limitation) the EU Consumer Rights Directive, national implementations thereof, and any local statutory warranty or guarantee. Where any clause above conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, the mandatory right prevails.

Pre-shipping cancellations: support@callee.me. Post-shipping returns and faulty items: returns@callee.me. Always include your order number and the email used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Callee Me are owned by Foriero s.r.o. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
Callee Me is an educational supplement and should not replace formal education. We are not liable for educational outcomes or any indirect damages arising from use of our service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform.
