Callee Me is designed for children from Pre-K (ages 4-5) through Grade 6 (ages 11-12). The AI adapts its teaching style, vocabulary, and difficulty based on your child's age and subject.

Callee Me can teach any subject - math, science, languages, history, geography, and more. Parents and teachers can also create custom lessons for specific topics. The AI adapts its approach based on the subject and the child's level.

Callee Me is designed for educational conversations with children ages 4-12. An authenticated parent creates every child profile, children cannot create their own account, and parents can review saved conversation transcripts, summaries, and progress. Callee Me supports 74 languages including English, Spanish, Czech, German, French, Japanese, Chinese, Arabic, and many more. Your child can learn in their native language or practice a new one!

Any device with a web browser and microphone works - tablets, laptops, or phones. For the best experience, we recommend headphones for each student. Schools in our pilot program receive tablets and headphones at no cost.

The Callee Me Robot is a children's AI tutoring companion shaped like a matryoshka doll. Other countries (including Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan and Korea) are on the roadmap for a later wave; join the waitlist on the robot page to be notified when your country opens.

Yes, plan for roughly CAD $40 to $80 in duties and brokerage fees collected by the courier on delivery. Canada has a very low duty-free threshold (CAD $20 for most carriers), so almost every imported parcel attracts these fees regardless of who the seller is. The price you see at our checkout covers the robot, shipping and Canadian GST/HST that we collect, but the customs duty and the courier brokerage fee are charged at the door by the carrier and are outside our control. We mention this here so there are no surprises.

Estimated delivery is Q1 2027. We will email you the moment your batch enters production, then again with a tracking number when it leaves the warehouse. The estimated delivery shown at checkout for your specific country (express, standard, or economy) is the carrier's typical transit time after we ship.

Yes. Your deposit is fully refundable any time before your robot ships. Just email support@callee.me with your order number and we will refund it in full back to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. After your robot has shipped, the standard EU 14-day right of withdrawal applies (return the robot for a full refund of the purchase price).

Today you only pay the $29.90 deposit plus shipping. The remaining balance (the difference up to the $169.90 robot price) is charged when your robot is ready to ship. We email you a secure payment link about 1 to 2 weeks before shipment; you have 30 days to complete the balance payment. We never charge your card automatically without you clicking through the link.

For the EU-27, UK, Switzerland, Norway and Australia: yes, fully. The price shown at checkout is the all-in price including VAT/GST at your country's rate, and there are no customs duties or border fees on delivery. The order summary breaks the tax out separately. For the United States: state sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where we have nexus, and your robot ships duty-free under the US $800 de minimis rule (no extra fees at the door). For Canada: GST/HST is included in the checkout price, but the courier will collect a small customs duty and brokerage fee (roughly CAD $40 to $80) on delivery; see the Canada question above for details.

If we do not hit our minimum production order, every deposit is refunded in full to the original payment method, no questions asked, within 10 business days of the decision. You will not be charged the balance. We will email everyone affected at the same time with the refund timeline. Your deposit is never used to cover unrelated costs.

Every robot ships with the EU statutory 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If anything fails through normal use during that period, we will repair or replace it at no cost (including return shipping). The warranty does not cover physical damage from drops, water exposure, or third-party modifications. Full warranty terms are included in the box and on our Terms page.

Yes, any time before your batch enters production. Email support@callee.me with your order number and the new address. Once we email you the balance-payment link your shipping address is locked in - if you need to update it after that, contact support quickly so we can intercept before the carrier picks up.

Any modern smartphone or tablet that supports Bluetooth Low Energy 5.0 or newer. That covers iPhone 8 and later (iOS 15+), all current Android phones (Android 10+), and most tablets from the last 5 years. The robot pairs to one phone at a time as the 'brain'; you can re-pair to a different phone any time from the Callee Me app. The robot also works as a standalone Bluetooth speaker with any Bluetooth source.

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit in countries where it is available. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number. The same payment method options are offered for both the pre-order deposit and the ship-time balance.

Callee Me uses a simple pay-as-you-go model. You buy minute packs (30, 60, or 120 minutes) and use them across all your children. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges - you only pay for the minutes you need. Create a free account and your child gets 15 minutes of 1-on-1 voice tutoring. No card required.

When your minutes are used up, the system will let your child know with a friendly message and end the call gracefully. You can then buy more minutes from the parent dashboard to continue learning.

If you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll work with you to find a solution. Unused minute packs can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. For robot returns, contact returns@callee.me with your order details.

Yes. The parent dashboard works on any device with a web browser. We also have a dedicated mobile app for children on iOS and Android that supports incoming call notifications, making it feel like a real phone call experience.
